Welcome back!
Just saw something on the television about the Gulf Coast after hurricane Katrina.
Some areas look as if they had never been hit. Others look as if nothing has been done. I know the government sent funds to areas for them to rebuild. Where is the money? It makes me think [...]

Wow, the stores really want people to come in and shop. Would you believe that they are holding Cyber Monday sales? It is not yet Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas yet.
If you look carefully, you can see sales every place. Things are marked down like crazy. I heard on the news that [...]

Yes, that dreaded word, packing.
They are supposed to be remodeling these apartments in a little while. At first we were told that it would be 6 months. Then last week, we were told that it is looking more like 2 months.
EWWWWWW packing, yuk. WE have literally hundreds of videos, pounds of arts [...]

I have found another type of fat burner. It is called cleaning, or in our case packing up our crap, a lot of crap. Some will be given away, a lot will be trashed.
The apartments where we live have gotten the idea that they need to make the apartments ‘green’ and will be [...]

Have I told you about the inspections that we have at our apartment complex?
Well, the pressure’s on, now. We have learned that the owner has to make some changes in the apartments. They have to paint, do the floors, do the cabinets, change out some light fixtures…..

What is left of the first named hurricane, has arrived in our area.
It is raining outside, and the wipers on our van are trying to NOT co-operate. No fun. I will need eye wrinkle treatment after squinting to see out through a windshield that is covered with rain drops.
I have heard of people [...]

One of the members our our ministry was on his motorcycle when he was hit by an older lady.
He had to bang on her window to get her to stop. At least she was driving so slowly that he could balance on one leg to keep his bike from going down, while he tried [...]

Yes, I said the dreaded word, wrinkles.
To get it out of my system - ahem - WRINKLES, WRINKLES, WRINKLES, WRINKLES.
I am getting some of those nasty things, even as I type. I guess that I should be checking out wrinkle cream reviews before it is too late. I decided long ago that I would [...]

Well, the president has finally gone to see the damage that is being caused by the spewing oil well in the Gulf of Mexico.
He did not appear to be walking one of the more damaged beaches, but even there he could see the messy stuff being left. If a person has trouble with oil [...]

I finally figured it out. Our van’s paint job makes it look just like an age spot.
I was told that the original pain job underneath the yuk, is a shiny chocolate brown. On top of all of the beautiful chocolate color is a pain job that is cloudy, crackling, and in some cases [...]
