I have been trying to get the right amount of sleep lately. It is hard when there is pain involved.
Muscle rub works some of the time, the rest of the time, I try to sleep and toss and turn most of the night. Sleep some in the day, and still toss and turn.

Today Dorothy Peterson went home to Heaven.
She was born Aug 12,1931.
She loved the Lord, her family, and those she adopted as her ‘kids’.
Her family celebrates her arrival in Heaven and the family reunion she is having with loved ones who have gone on before. She no longer hurts.
