Were you able to give thanks this holiday? We were and are able to give thanks. We are alive; we have shelter, food, and family.
This Thanksgiving we spent time with family and had a good time. Nothing fancy, but a good time nevertheless.

Protection

If we ever get the rain that we truly need, we will need protection.

Decorations

It is another year. Again, the city is putting out bales of hay and decorating them with ribbons and harvest vegetables.
I guess that is the city’s way of using rustic decor to show the season.
