Welcome back!
Yes, I am sleepy. I did go to sleep last night, but tossed and turned.
Our bed has a cushion on top. Some people might think of it as a case of “Luxury bed linens“; but, I think of it as a necessity. Being comfortable when sleeping is a must have.
One [...]

How about an old fashioned word? The word corsets is an old fashioned word. When I was growing up, I heard about girdles.
In the middle ages, a girdle was not made to hold in your gut. It was a belt that was worn for decoration, or in the case of the lady [...]

My brother-in-law mentioned that I should clarify what it is that I am talking about.
Some of those commercials that bother me are these:
A company wants to test out a candy bar. They feed some of the candy to people, then they feed the people to sharks and ask the sharks’ opinions about the taste [...]

My question for the day is….who decided that rudeness, arrogance, snottiness and other inappropriate behaviors are good advertising?

I woke up tasting chocolate…..YUM. I dreamed about a little store that specialized in bakery items, one of which was chocolate cupcakes. I have had other dreams and dreamed about cabbage and sausage (another favorite), I have dreamed about [...]

I don’t smoke.
However, I don’t dig it that some places are not allowed to decide for them selves whether or not their patrons can smoke inside. Some city rules do not make sense. I mean, if you are looking for the best cigar deals of the day, are you or are you not [...]

That used to be some of the lyrics in an older song. However, right now it is very true.
The weather has made it necessary for families to check out men’s clothing, ladies’ clothing, and kids clothing.
I mean that you can only wear something for so long until the threads start to wear out and [...]

I sometimes wonder. Who pays the bills when the hotshots in Washington mess up? We are hearing, here in Texas, that there is a shortfall in the Texas budget.
COME ON PEOPLE, call it what is truly is - overspending. Our politicians seem to have forgotten just how the regular people live [...]

What some people produce a lot of is HOT AIR. It is too bad that they are not busy talking in those areas that have been hit with a lot of winter snow and other muckity, muck.
Of course is people used a lot of outdoor lighting, the lights might produce some heat to reduce [...]
