Welcome back!
When we went to the doctor’s office, both of us had lost weight. That is to the good for the both of us.
Since we are both over 50 (he will soon be 61), a good doctor’s report might make possible a no exam life insurance policy. He has some insurance, but I [...]

Everyday I change the dressing on my husband’s arm.
So far, there is no sign of infection, the swelling has gone down, and he has not asked for any pain meds in a couple of days.
Of course that does not include the times that he accidentally bumps it. OW. All in all I would say [...]

Just saw something on the television about the Gulf Coast after hurricane Katrina.
Some areas look as if they had never been hit. Others look as if nothing has been done. I know the government sent funds to areas for them to rebuild. Where is the money? It makes me think that [...]

The cancer that he had on his arm is GONE.
The surgeon got it out on the first cut and did not have to do any more cutting. A plastic surgeon came in and sewed my husband’s arm up.

I really want a laptop. I might have to check out some laptop reviews, or I could ask my brother-in-laws (2 of them), their ideas on which laptops they think are the best. Not all computers are created equally, I have found this out. Some do not have enough memory to do [...]

It does not sound very dangerous, but it is. People have died from it, and some have come very close to death because they went out, got some running shorts, [...]

We have to purchase a lot of medicine because of our health problems. All that I can say is that Medicare part D plans do help with the costs.
We both have to be careful which medicines that we take, and which one we take at each particular time. There is an additional thing [...]

A friend came by yesterday. He said that he was having trouble breathing. He has COPD, and it has been getting worse.
When I sleep, I use an oxygen concentrator, it is not an inogen oxygen concentrator, but I am not sure which brand it is. Anyway, he used my machine and my [...]

Yesterday was my mother-in-law’s birthday. She is now 79 years old.
She is in the late stages of kidney failure, has heart trouble and arthritis. We went to Golden Corral today. (The one in Temple, Texas). When we told the young ladies who were serving us about her birthday, they waited until we [...]

Yes, I know that it is summer. I am still tired of the heat. If there was an outside thermostat, I would go out and change the temperature setting to cool things down.
My favorite time of the year is Christmas, however. With mini led christmas lights, tinsel, Christmas trees, and other decorations [...]
