Have I told you about the inspections that we have at our apartment complex?
Well, the pressure’s on, now. We have learned that the owner has to make some changes in the apartments. They have to paint, do the floors, do the cabinets, change out some light fixtures…..
We also found out that when they do this, they will move the tenant out completely, while the apartment is being redone. North Carolina health insurance won’t help here. All of the senior citizens in the complex, the handicapped people, too, have to pack up their belongings completely. The people will be moved out and have to stay somewhere while this is being done.
What are the people supposed to do for their meals? What about their medicines, insulin, and special medical devices that are needed?
