Pots and Pans

Welcome back!
I have pots and I have pans, but I do not have any all clad copper core set of pots and pans.
The cooking utensils that I have in my home are collected from different sources, and at different times. You might say that they are all mixed and do not match each other.
They do the job and I manage to get food cooked. Now, as to whether or not the food is good, well, we both need to lose weight. I am not an expert in the field of cooking, but we are not starving. I do not think that any gourmet will be at any time soon calling and asking for recipes from me. We survive.
