Well, next comes..

Welcome back!
After the inspection that didn’t happen, next comes the neighbor.
Went to the van, got in to leave and the neighbor comes by and want to talk. Never mind that the engine is running, gas is being burned. She wants to talk.
I have tried to get her to walk away quickly, but that is not something that ever happens. Even when she said that SHE was in a hurry.
Go figure.
She finally stepped back a little and I used that as an opportunity to change gears and ran away….um, left.
