I mentioned the boys that were NOT allowed to wear American flag t-shirts at school, all because of the May 5th celebration of Mexico’s independence.
I bet if they had worn clothes that were hip hop clothing, there would have been no problem. Some of the new fads look comfortable. Some just look weird. At least to me some of it does.
I still cannot understand why the flag on t-shirts was a problem. I have seen shirts that were definitely pornographic in nature. No one protested those. Why protest the flag? It makes no sense at all.
As for me, my fashion sense took a holiday a long time ago. As long as I am covered, I figure there is no problem. If things happen to match….well what do you know.
