Scared again

Welcome back!
Got another call today. Mom fell again.
She said that her foot slipped when she was in the Kitchen. She admitted to wearing a sock on that foot since she had a sore that she was treating.
I don’t know. When we found her, she was in the living room. She said that she had waited before pressing the button on her emergency call tag. I do not know why she waited. This stuff scares me.
