It’s not dripping

Welcome back!
Our computers aren’t the only things going blotto these days.
Our toilet has decided that when we need to go out, it will run continuously until we get back and wiggle the handle. I do not want to know about the water bill. Of course, I could tell the land lord about Kohler toilets. They are supposed to be good ones to have.
The way that I figure it, since our rent has gone up, even though my husband’s social security hasn’t (thanks again to the present administration), we should get some benefit to our higher rent. Maybe?
I don’t know. If we are paying more, maybe they are too. (Other than the water bill of course.)
