Yes, I have a question.
Do they make barcode scanners for auto parts that have been used? NO they do not do that.
Going to an auto parts place where you are supposed to pull the item yourself and then hope that you have the right thing is not an easy thing for someone who gets others to work on their vehicles for them. I am in that particular category. At lest I know a little about tires and can figure out how to make sure that I have the right one. Those other things however, give me the shivers. My recent experience with tires has made me even more thankful that there are mechanics out there to help those like me.
