How’d they do that?

Welcome back!
I have been watching those commercials that seem to use people as the art work.
My main thought is - how’d they do that?
It is amazing how the people are arranged to make the different types of scenes and the things that we see in those scenes. The clouds are people, the sun is people, the grass, the trees - shall I go on?
I have no idea where they found the gymnasts to make the trees, or pretend to be water flowing over a waterfall. It makes me want to record the commercials and then slow them down to get the details.
Very cool. 
Most commercials seem to be a pain in the eyes. These are entertaining.
