Blue Berry Cornbread

Welcome back!

I know that i usually don’t do recipes here, but I really liked the taste of this stuff.

Here is what I used to make this.

3 boxes of Martha White cornbread mix
3 eggs
7 oz water
8 packets of artificial sweetener
2 cups of frozen blueberries

I know that there were a lot of berries used, but blueberries are good food and full of anti-oxidants.
The box mix does not call for eggs, but it adds protein to the food and helps to hold the bread together.

I greased a 9×12x2″ pan very lightly poured in the mix and backed it for 25 min at 400 degrees. I used this much time in the oven because the blueberries were frozen. This is great warm with butter spread on it, or even cool as a dessert. If you also have some heavy cream to pour over it - YUM.
