If you are watching the media recently, you know about a recall concerning a diet product.
There are a lot of different types of diet formulas that can be bought. Nuphedra is another. I have no idea about the effectiveness of this pill. As with anything that goes into your mouth, being careful is always important.
This pill is advertised as avoiding the side effects of ephedra and the harmful consequences. That can be good if you are needing a diet supplement. If you are taking any medicine, check with your pharmacist to make sure that the ingredients in any type of supplement that you take does not work against the medicine that you take.
