Suggestions ?

in my last article I mentioned that I like see food. I have talked about a lot of different ideas for diets, in one way or another. I have heard about the Phentermine diet, too.
Everywhere I look diet and exercise are mentioned. I have yet to hear abut a diet that does not include exercise. For regular people that is okay, but with Arthritis, that becomes painful. What can be substituted for exercise? I have no idea. Lately I have had problems with the munchies, and cravings for something crunchy. Carrots work for the crunchy, but they get tiring after a while. What else is out there that can be munched on? Any suggestions? Sure could use some.
