Tummy
Welcome back!
I didn’t think about it in the previous article, but I did mention my tummy. It is not something that can be hidden by a girdle (do they still make those things?), or support hosiery.
I know that I am not alone when my tummy becomes a tray for things to rest on, or for crumbs to land on. There are times that I have wondered if any discount diet pills would help. Exercise is not always an option when there is arthritis present. I have to admit that my favorite foods are raw tomatoes, even when there was concern about tomatoes having e-coli in them. At least I knew that tomatoes from Arkansas weren’t suspect. Green olives help when my gall bladder acts up. The two items together have many times been my favorite snack or used to complement a meal. The tummy that I have, has taken about 40 years to put on. I have no idea how long it would take to get it off.
