Chocolate

Welcome back!
I love chocolate. I just finished eating some M=M’s. Now that is chocolate.
I have eaten other types of chocolate made into other things. I remember a pie that my mom and grandma used to make. It was a chocolate fudge pie with a pecan crumb crust. Very rich and tasty. We used to make it and it took a lot of care. I can remember having to be careful of the crust, because if it leaked when pouring in the filling, it would be hard to get out of the pan. It still tasted very rich and good. Baker’s chocolate was one of the items that was used. By itself, it wasn’t sweet, but when in a recipe, marvelous things happened.
Yes, I love chocolate.
