Sloppy Baked Potatoes

Welcome back!

Cooking does not need to be neat. Yes, sometimes sloppy is desired. This an easy fix meal that can serve your family more than one meal and any left overs can be easily used for a different type of meal.
First wash wrap and start a bunch of potatoes to baking. Potatoes that do not get eaten this meal can easily be used for other meals, after all once the oven is going, why not use it to its full potential?
Then brown some meat (usually ground beef) in a pan that is able to take in a lot more ingredients. When the meat is mostly done, drain off the grease, and add some spaghetti sauce to the browned meat. Simmer until all of the meat is thoroughly flavored. The amounts that you make can be adjusted to one meal or for making set ups for other meals.

1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 small jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
seasonings - Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion power, chili powder Garlic powder how ever you desire to flavor the meat.

Baked potatoes (preferably hot)

Break open the potatoes, spread some meat sauce on them - eat.

Left overs can be frozen to use in other meals. The meat sauce can be used to make chili, goulash, sloppy joes, served over toast, what ever your imagination can come up with. The baked potatoes can be broken down and used for potato salad, stew, soup, hash, fried only limited by the imagination. Since these things are already cooked, a lot of time and clean up is saved.

This can be used to serve one or a crowd. I use spaghetti sauce since it is handy, any sauce can be used according to your tastes. This meal can be fixed in only one pan too, so clean up is easy.
