Swedish Meatballs
Welcome back!
Back before I got married, I had lived with my grandmother for a while. She taught me some of the recipes she had learned herself. One of them was Swedish meatballs. She didn’t tell me the complete way to make the gravy, she said she would tell me the shortcut in order to get it done more quickly.
SWEDISH MEATBALLS
1 egg beaten 1 lb. Hamburger i med. onion diced 2 tsp ground Nutmeg
Mix together thoroughly and form meatballs
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup concentrate 1/2 c. Milk Cooked egg noodles
Brown the meatballs then put them into a pan. Pour the soup mixture over them.
Bake 30 min at 400′
Serve over the cooked noodles.

She also told me other recipes that have been tried by us both. We ate very well.
