		<description>Yes, selif, that would make it easier.  It would be more like a pound cake though, but frosting (totally indulgent of course), a sour cream or cream cheese type could go nicely on it , too.  Hm, maybe even a light dusting of powered sugar with sprinkled pecans?  What do you think?</description>

		<description>For an interesting variation on this would be to put the entire batch of dough on a cookie sheet flatten it id out and then bake off the whole thing at once making one giant cookie.</description>
