Cheese 2
Welcome back!
Well, I guess that you can tell from the title what it is that I’m going to write about.
Sometimes I think that I should have been born with big ears, like a certain mouse. I love cheese. About the only type that I am not fond of is Limburger cheese. Parmesan is great on spaghetti. Mozzarella is great on pizza (or in my mouth). Cheddar, Colby, Swiss, Blue cheese, the list goes on. My absolute favorite is Colby/Jack cheese. I am munching on some as I type.
Put a small chunk in my mouth and let it slowly dissolve. Yummm I have two main stores that I shop in. However, only one has the cheese fixed in the way that i like. Sargento’s cheese cubes in Colby/Jack is perfect for snacking or salads, or in a casserole. My supply is getting low, so I better sign off and get some more.
